Take a deep breath

Imagine who you are to them

Consider how your talents touch people in the most mysterious and unexpected of ways.

Consider how great it is to be breathing, to be feeling, even if those feelings aren’t the most welcome right now.

Rest against the wall

Consider that this will pass, it will all change, as it always does and you will soon get over or around the wall.

Patience

Consider that this is not the first time you have been up against a wall.

Consider your obstacle.

Consider being able to feel the rough bricks made up of infinite reds, a mix of sand and solid cement. View. Touch. Crumble.

Consider your obstacle as a man-made reality or illusion.

Consider that there is a new you the other side of the wall.

Consider a gentle climb over the wall as an act of growth and opportunity.
